"Don't worry, we won't hurt you. This is only a dream."
I was aiming for realism, failed neh? Oh well.
This image randomly popped into my head while listening to music. I forget what song it is now, but I think the most approriate song to match this piccy Paul Oakenfold's Real Nightmare . I was hoping to get as real looking an image as possible, but I ended up with this. Oh, and I got lazy for the bg, so there isn't any. I certainly learned a lot though! Sharp edges don't help and image. Too blurred edges don't either. I should never again try this much of a close up. And last but not least; Enayla is God.
Overall, I actually like it. The last minute slight desaturation REALLY helped.
I don't think anyone I've showed it to seems to like it, but I didn't expect them too.
Wow, this rant was short... Hopefully I'll upload faster in the future, ta ta!
edit~ Wha ha ha ha ha! Why can't I just learn to leave things alone after I declare them finished. SORRY T_T
hehe it reminds me of sort of a gentlemanish version of "the mask", a different than usual style, but it is still very good ^__^ i lke hte hand especially!

as I said before, this reminds me of the mask, nonetheless, I really like it, it has a very strange realistic look on the lips, and I absolutely adore how you did all the folds so well, it's a truly amazing piece of work ^_^

When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
Have a great time everyone and please fav this article so as many people can see the featured works. I would recommend seeing each one and faving them too.
